Information collected
The initial form requests your name, preferred apartment, desired move-in date, intended rental duration, number of occupants, current location, occupation or employment, and pets if any. No ID documents or bank details are requested through the public website.
How it is used
These details are used to respond to your inquiry, assess the rental arrangement requested, and arrange viewing or application follow-up. The submission is sent to Brownhouse Realty's business email through its configured transactional-email service. You then choose whether to send a prepared message through WhatsApp.
Third-party services
Forms use Cloudflare for hosting and security, and a configured email-delivery provider (Resend). WhatsApp processing is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms if you choose to send a message there. The site does not maintain a separate applicant database or automatically send a WhatsApp message.
